Joseph Merhi
CEO

Joseph is our CEO and Director of Training and has grown Always Synergy into an award winning firm operating in four states (NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC).

As a CEO, Joseph spends a large proportion of his time on leading and implementing organisational strategies and driving strategic direction, and in particular has developed a keen interest in growth and ‘out of the box’ (blue ocean) strategies.

Joseph holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration (AGSM), an Advanced Diploma in Security Risk Management and is a licensed security consultant that conducts risk assessments and provides advice to a variety of industries and commentary on all things security to the media, including print and radio.

Joseph is currently a Non Executive Director of The Co-op Australia, and was previously a Director on the board of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s Bexley Branch.



Bassel Georges
General Manager

Our General Manager and QLD Operations Manager, Bassel, has over 25 years experience in management and the security sector. He is currently completing his Executive MBA with the AGSM (UNSW), and is a key asset to Always Synergy with his extensive experience in account and project management.



Lawrence Merhi
IT Director

Our IT Director and NSW/ACT Operations Manager, Lawrence, brings with him over 16 years experience in IT and Security. He is a certified VMware Professional, and has expertise in the areas of IT Operations & Infrastructure Management, and BRCS & Disaster Recovery.



Tony Fox
Business Development

Tony has over 25 years experience within the security, hospitality, transport & logistics sectors. Studies in Business Management, ICAM investigations, safety, lean principles & successful deployment within the G20 task force has complemented the Always Synergy team.



Lawrance Rehim
Operations Manager VIC

In addition to his 20 years in the industry, Lawrance holds a Bachelor of Science, is a Registered Project Manager, and Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management. He brings with him extensive account and project management experience, particularly in the area of IT&T.



Natalia Samhat
QA/WHS Manager

Natalia has a strong background in Finance & Insurance, Operations Management, Recruitment, Sales and Marketing, and has garnered exceptional skills that she applies to her role at Always Synergy as QA/WHS Manager. She holds various qualifications including Certificates in Administration, Security Operations, and Workplace Training & Assessment
